About
Privacy
What this site records. While you listen, the player notes when you play, pause, skip, or
finish a song, or jump to another moment in it. Each note holds the song, the moment, and the time. The notes
are kept in a database for reference.
Why. It shows the artist which parts of each song listeners replay, skip, or stop at, so
they can better understand their audience. It also lets the site recommend songs from the moments you
replay, rather than from genre.
What it doesn't record. No name, email, account, or location, and no advertising or
third-party trackers. Your listening is linked only to a random ID created in this browser, never to your IP
address.
You can turn this off at any time. The player works the same either way, and turning it off also
deletes the random ID from this browser, and any notes still waiting to be sent.
Your device asks for less motion, so nothing moves, whatever this is set to.

Your favorites, ratings, and playlists are kept in this browser only. Turning the stars off hides them; your ratings stay.
Downloads
No songs downloaded yet.
Downloaded songs play without a connection, and what you listen to meanwhile is sent once you’re
back online. Download one song from its ··· menu, or a whole album or playlist from the button by its name. On an
iPhone they’re kept best in the app (Get the app): Safari may clear them after a few weeks unused.
Listening data
What you play, pause, skip, and replay, linked only to a random ID made in this browser. Turning it off deletes that ID. Read the privacy note

Open Synopsist from your Home Screen.
On Android or a computer
In Chrome or Edge, open the browser's menu and choose Install (or

The app shares anonymous listening data the way the website does, and Settings can turn
